  • Each question carry 1 mark.
  • There is no negative mark for incorrect answer.
  • The question paper contains questions in English and Telugu medium.
  • Total no. of questions in the question paper are 160 with a total of 160 marks.
  • Duration of the exam is 3 hours
  • Among the four responses only one response is correct for the given question.

AP EAMCET 2020 Eligibility : Education Qualification, Age Limit, Nativity

AP EAMCET 2020 Eligibility : Education Qualification, Age Limit, Nativity. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria to make sure they fulfill all the criteria given below, before applying for AP EAMCET 2020. Below we are providing all the eligibility conditions like required educational qualifications, age limit etc for Engineering, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy and Pharm.D courses. Check carefully all the conditions and make sure you are eligible for the entrance test and proceed with online application.

Nationality & Nativity:

  • As per EAMCET 2020 eligibility criteria, candidates need to be an Indian Nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
  • Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

Educational Qualifications:

  • For Engineering, B.Pharmacy: (M.P.C), B.Tech. (Dairy), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. [Food Science and Technology (FS & T)], B.Sc. [Commercial Agriculture and Business Management (CA & BM)] courses:
    • Candidates should have passed or appeared for the Senior Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with atleast 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.  (OR)
    • Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma with atleast 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates)
    • examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana
  • For Pharm-D course, candidates should have passed or appeared for the Senior Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with atleast 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana

Age Limit:

  • For Engineering, Pharmacy:, candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
  • For B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FS & T) and B.Sc. (CA & BM) Courses: candidates should have completed 17 – 22 Years (17-25 Years for SC, ST)
  • For Pharm-D course: The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December
